In order for any exercise programme to reach it’s full
potential you need to feed your body the right fuel. Think of your body like a car,
it needs the right fuel to maximise performance. You wouldn’t put diesel in
a Ferrari!!!!!!!!
The human body is designed far better than a Ferrari.
Our nutritional consultation consists of you keeping a food
diary over a week’s period. We then sit down with you for
up to an hour* and discuss in detail good areas in your diet
and areas, which you could improve on!
Advice on times of eating, periods between eating, combinations
of different foods and the effects of different foods are also given. Did
you know that it is estimated that 80% of the population is constantly dehydrated
which can
lead to fatigue and many medical conditions.
